- May 1931 – Holland-Rantos Co., Inc. applied for the HR® trademark indicating its first commercial use in commerce for Vaginal Jelly.
- Sep 1985 – Carter-Wallace, Inc. purchases the assets of Holland-Rantos Co., Inc., which includes HR® Lubricating Jelly™ among other world-renowned products including the Trojan® Condom.
- Sep 1999 – The last batch of HR® Lubricating Jelly was manufactured and will no longer be manufactured once supplies are diminished.
- Dec 2002 – HR® Lubricating Jelly departs the market after a 72-year history that included a perfect quality performance rating with the FDA.
- Jan 2003 – HR® Lubricating Jelly™ departs the market after a 72-year history that included a perfect quality performance rating with the FDA.
- Apr 2007 – After 5+ years of searching, Jon P. Wiesman acquires the rights, title and interest of the famed HR® Lubricating Jelly.
- Aug 2008 – HR® Pharmaceutical, LLC is born and named in honor of Holland-Rantos Co, Inc. using the familiar HR® brand to mare its product line.
- Aug 2009 – The HR® Essentials product line is born, including HR® Clini-Clean™ and HR®Clini-Scrub™.
- Nov 2009 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. launches a new fan page on Facebook.
- Dec 2009 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. accepts Dr. Robert Waltz, as its Chief Medical Officer and Director, demonstrating our commitment to the medical industry.
- Jan 2010 – HR® Lubricating Jelly, trusted by medical professionals, veterinarians and consumers for over 75 years, was given the Preamendment Status by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) based on a review of the products extensive history dating back into the 1920's.
- May 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. officially launches its flagship product line at the Critical Care Nurses Exposition in Washington, D.C.
- June 2010 – HR® Lubricating Jelly™ and HR® Clini-Clean™ receive Kosher certification from the Orthodox Union.
- June 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals successfully manufactures its first of three validation batches of HR® Lubricating Jelly.
- Aug 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. receives the notice of allowance for its new product HR® Clini-Scrub®.
- Oct 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc hires Mike Peters as its first Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing to chart the direction and future of the HR® branded product line.
- Oct 2010 – HR® Lubricating Jelly™ is available for purchase/distribution.
- Nov 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. achieves ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 Certification.
- Dec 2010 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. achieves notice that it successfully implemented the quality systems based upon the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 and is now certified accordingly.
- Jan 2011 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc. appoints Colby Wiesman as its first Director of Quality and Regulatory after successfully overseeing the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 13485:2003 Quality System for HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
- Jan/Feb 2011 – HR® Pharmaceuticals files for the trademarks CLINIPAD & Clini-Pad continuing with its desire to follow the business plan of Holland- Rantos, the originators of many medical devices that carried the HR® brand.
- Feb 2011 – Health Canada issues HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc a Canadian Medical Device License to manufacture and sell HR® Lubricating Jelly throughout all of the Canadian Provinces.
- March 2011 – HR® Pharmaceuticals, Inc establishes its international footprint by forming HR® Pharmaceuticals, Ltd in the United Kingdom that will focus on distributing the HR branded product line into the European Union and middle eastern countries.
- May 2011 – HR® Pharmaceuticals hired an independent auditing firm to verify conformance with the cGMP requirements as set forth in 21 CFR Part 820, with regards to the manufacturing of Sterile and Non-Sterile Lubricating Jelly; this was completed to provide even a broader adherence of our entire quality system after the Triad recall in January 2011.
- June 2011 – HR® Pharmaceuticals is now ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 certified and cGMP audited compliant to assure our customers that quality will always come first in every product that we manufacture.
