Management Team

The management team of HR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a group of individuals focused on manufacturing medical consumables that are made in USA produced from the highest quality of pharmaceutical/Kosher grade ingredients. We believe that maintaining this commitment to the American economy will make our products is second to none; we are an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 13485:2003 certified company and cGMP audited compliant to verify conformance with the cGMP requirements as set forth in 21 CFR Part 820, with regards to the manufacturing of Sterile and Non-Sterile Lubricating Jelly. HR Lubricating Jelly also holds medical device licenses in Canada and soon the EU.

Jon P. Wiesman

President & CEO

As a self-proclaimed entrepreneur Jon has a diverse management background beginning with the management of an elite racehorse breeding operation to the development of reproductive supplies that changed an entire mind set of equine reproduction world-wide. Jon has dedicated himself to honor the history of the Holland & Rantos Company to bring HR® Lubricating Jelly™ back to market precedence. Jon is directing the future of HR while coordinating the research & development of all HR® branded products out of the world headquarters in York, PA.

Robert L. Waltz, Jr., DMD

Chief Medical Officer & Director

Dr. Waltz graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979, cum laude with a B.S.; he then graduated in 1983 from the School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded membership in OKU for honors graduates. Upon receiving the Brodie Award for clinical excellence, a four-year surgical residency followed at the Medicinal Center of Delaware where Dr. Waltz was Chief Resident in 1987.

Dr. Waltz is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, as well as the American Associates of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Waltz has been a member of the Board of Directors for Delta Dental and the American Heart Association. Dr. Waltz will coordinate the all medical applications, philosophy & protocol of the HR® brand.

Colby P. Wiesman

Director of Quality & Manufacturing

Colby worked diligently to develop the ISO plan from the ground floor; he oversaw the design, implantation & management of the ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 13485:2003 since achieving success on December 16, 2010. Given the implementation of the HR Quality System, in April 2011, Colby assumed the role of overseeing the manufacturing whereby medical device assurance and integrity is our first and only goal.

Colby studied at Nova Southeastern University and the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship and York College - PA; his drive for success will help lead HR Pharmaceuticals to an even higher rule of quality expectations in the future.

Ann McGeehan, ESQ.

General Counsel

Ann McGeehan has served as General Counsel and Executive Officer for both private and publicly held companies in Maryland and Pennsylvania for over fifteen years. She currently serves as General Counsel at HR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is a member of HR Pharmaceuticals, Inc.´s executive leadership team.

Ms. McGeehan´s responsibilities include the strategic oversight of legal and regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical licensing, corporate alliances, co-development, co-marketing, and global partnering transactions. She is adept at master corporate contract negotiations, patent and trademark litigation, collaborative research deals and has successfully negotiated CRADAs and a vast amount of University licensing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biomedical and life sciences fields. Her functions also include oversight of public affairs, government relations, corporate compliance and advocacy.

Ms. McGeehan holds a Bachelor´s degree in the English Honors Program from the University of Pennsylvania, with a second degree in Chemistry. She attained a Masters Degree (MA) from the University of London, King´s College, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from American University's Washington College of Law, in the District of Columbia.

Ms. McGeehan is a licensed patent attorney, registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her career has taken her to Europe where she interfaced with Magic Circle firms and major chemical, biotechnology and scientific multinationals. As a true global life sciences lawyer with significant experience protecting and enforcing IP rights for medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, Ms. McGeehan´s strength lies in her versatility, handling diverse, highly complex portfolios in the health industry.
